Gemüsefrikadellen mit Mozzarella
Zutaten für ca. 7 Gemüsefrikadellen:
2 Paprikaschoten
2 Möhren
1 Zucchini
1 Zwiebel
1 Ei
100 g Mozzarella
ca 3-4 EL Mehl
Salz, Pfeffer
Öl
dazu z.B. Sesamkartoffeln und Kräuterquark
Zubereitung
Gemüse waschen und klein raspeln
Gemüseraspeln mit dem Ei, etwas Salz und Pfeffer und dem Mehl zu einer Masse vermengen
Masse kurz stehen lassen
Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen
mit den Händen Frikadellen formen und in der mitte Mozzarella geben und im Fett ausbacken (mehrfach wenden)
